Our Thoughts – My 4 1/2 year old grand daughter has finally out-grown Barney and has moved on. With that said, my neighbor has a 2 year old little boy who loves Barney so I invited him over to watch this DVD with us. When done…I did give him the DVD to take back home with him.

This is a 2-disc set that includes several bonus karaoke music videos which all feature the loveable Barney and Barney’s friends. Ethan sat with me for over an hour watching the DVD and absolutely loved it! He is quite the talker and dancer and when the gang was dancing, he got up and danced too! It was way too cute if you ask me!

I love educational DVDs like this that aren’t scary for young children. Way too often these days I see little kids watching inappropriate TV and Videos and it really gets under my skin when parents allow them to do that! The Barney TV series and collection of DVDs is appropriate for young children ages 1 through 4 years of age. They are a great resource to teach young children about sharing, love, caring about others, etc.

    Our household’s favorite is still Barney even though we do like Baby Bop a lot. We have watched Barney since his beginning.
