Good morning everyone! TGIF….Yay! I am super stoked that Friday is finally here! In one week my vacation will start and I plan on being off for 12 to 14 days. I really need this time with my family since I haven’t had a vacation since last September. My two hospital stays and hip surgery has been stressful and finally I can travel again.
Today’s topic is fish…hubby and I have been trying to incorporate more fish into our daily diets because fish is supposed to be healthy. We only buy certain fish (humanely caught and wild caught) fish. We have never been big fish eaters although we are HUGE seafood eaters and eat seafood twice a week. Right now I have been trying some new fish recipes which I will share here on the blog in the coming weeks. I would like to know what kind of fish is your favorite and what fish recipes are your favorites? Right now we are on a “Flounder” kick and have been eating a lot of Flounder since our local store puts it on sale often.
Anyway…how many of you enjoy eating breakfast foods any time of the day, particularly at dinner time? Here in our home…we only eat breakfast foods during breakfast time. For some reason we just can’t bring ourselves to eat breakfast foods for dinner. Not sure why…but we just don’t! So…what about you?

Congratulations to the 3 winners.
I too am glad that it is the weekend . I shall be driving to see my oldest son and daughter-in-law this weekend and we shall enjoy that time spent together. We too have been incorporating more fish into our diet. The fish we eat the most are salmon, halibut and tilapia. The advantage of bigger pieces is that you can do more with them- marinades, etc. without losing the taste. For sole or flounder I’d simply use a few spices, fresh herbs, and butter or olive oil.
