Tasty Bite All Natural Indian and Pan Asian Cuisine
Tasty Bite offers a wide selection of all natural Indian and Pan Asian cuisine. From quickly prepared stand-alone entrees to sides and meal starters, there is sure to be something you’ll enjoy.
We are a family of snackers, but not always of the chips and dip variety. We tend to eat mini-meals most of the time and don’t always want to take much time to prepare them. On food prep days, I cook large batches of rice and beans and chop a lot of veggies for quick snacking. But sometimes we want more. Enter quick entrees.
We don’t keep a wide variety of packaged quick meals around, but when we do, pasta, beans, and rice are usually the go-to goodies. We heat them, grab fruit or veggies to round out the meal, and get to noshing within five minutes. When Tasty Bite asked if I wanted to try some of their products, I jumped at the chance. A woman can only snack on barbecue beans and Tex-Mex style beans for so long.
Tasty Bite All Natural Indian and Pan Asian Cuisine is a selection of delicious, all-natural, quick and healthy meals, snacks, and sides that go from the pantry to table in minutes. I’ve tried a few Tasty Bite products and am still blown away by the overall variety and selection of vegetarian and vegan-friendly options. When the box arrived, I was happy to see an old favorite mixed in the bunch. I made a point of saving the Channa Masala to enjoy another day.
I decided to have the Ginger Lentil Rice and a salad for lunch and was hooked from the first bite. The blend was flavorful, attractive, and the fragrance intoxicating. I love ginger, so I added a little of my peanut ginger salad dressing to the rice and liked it even more. Lunch was on the table in just 3 minutes total, and that time includes making a glass of lemonade. Next time I have this rice blend, I’ll try it in a burrito as suggested on the package.
Next up was the delicious and unexpected flavor of the Madras Lentils. I call the flavor unexpected because it reminds me and Hubby of chili and not our usual curries. I didn’t bother with rice for this one. I simply vented the bag, popped it in the microwave, and was eating in two minutes. One suggested meal idea for these lentils includes topping veggie dogs with it; that’s something to consider. Teen Boy mentioned having some over Fritos, but to me the Fritos would just get in the way. And the Thai Lime Rice is addictive, coconut goodness.
Teen Girl and Hubby loved the Pan Asian Noodles Tasty Bite sent. Pad Thai was the girl’s choice while Hubby went for the Kung Pao Noodles. Hubby said the spice was just right and thinks the pouch should be bigger. Teen Girl is not usually a fan of Pad Thai, but Tasty Bite’s flavor won her over. She’s requested we pick up a case just for her. If I place an order with Tasty Bite online, there are many combo kits to choose from. I may pick up one or more as college exam care packages. The free shipping for all orders over $75 is appealing! A Gluten-Free Essentials combo just might make it under a relative’s tree this holiday season. And in case anyone is wondering, yes, I would like the Very Vegan Kit.
I love Indian food of all kinds and have yet to master the flavors when I cook it a home. Thanks to Tasty Bite, I can serve the food I like in just minutes.
