I love basil in my cooking, but have never tried it in any drink recipe. I am not sure how it tastes prepared this way but there’s only one way to find out. I hope to try this wonderful recipe soon. Thanks!
Rum de dum dum – let’s hear it for rum! This looks very good. Like the fresh basil.
Oh, I should have known you would know about Rum day and have a drink planned. I commented on your Strawberry Lemonade Martini Cocktail post about changing it for rum. Yesterday, my daughter made rum brownies and coconut rum brownies, and she is going to make us “RedRum” Drinks tonight to watch the football game. She likes to mix her own drinks but wants red for the Chiefs. I will be passing this onto her though. We talked about strawberry daiquiris but this would be a nice change. Sláinte!
I did not know that today is National Rum day, but I do like this recipe and since I have all the ingredients on hand I shall make it to celebrate!
Rum? I love rum and will celebrate tonight too at Bunco with the girls! Cheers!
