Shopping Around for Car Dealers in Orlando

Back in the Spring my mother-in-law finally moved down to Florida and has been enjoying her retirement and making new friends. She told us that the weather has been a little rainy down there this season but she has been able to get out and about to do some shopping and has been learning how to play golf.

Anyway, my brother-in-law just got back from visiting her and was telling me that he took her out to a local car dealer in Orlando to shop for a new car. Apparently she has out grown her small car and would like to purchase a new luxury car.

They found a dealership nearby and spent an entire day taking several cars out for test drives. Finally after test driving the 7th car…my mother-in-law loved it and decided to buy it! Yay!!! Thankful for that as Steven was getting bored with test driving all of those cars with her.

Steven was telling us that he found a web site online called the Auto Market of Florida which was really helpful in them finding a nearby dealer that was reputable. It’s always nice to use the internet to find the things you are looking for and it really does save you a lot of time!

We miss my mother-in-law so I think we will head down to Orlando in late October to pay her a visit. It will be nice to get away before the holidays arrive and the bad Pennsylvania weather sets in.

I am hoping that all of this “new” car talk gets hubby motivated to get out there and shop for a new truck for us. Our one car is giving us problems (it’s only 4 years old) and I am ready to trade that beast in and get something else.

When it comes to new car shopping…is it something you enjoy or something you loathe? Personally, I love it but hubby hates it.
