A few weeks ago I received a package of Swiffer brand products to try out in my own home. Over the next couple of weeks I will be sharing my thoughts with you on some of these products and how I have been using them around my home.
Today I am focusing on my new Swiffer 360 Duster which I am absolutely IN-LOVE with!!! Since having my hip replacement surgery back in April, some of my everyday cleaning tasks have become impossible or at the very least…painful to do.
I will admit upfront that I have a cleaning fetish and I am always cleaning something in my home on a daily basis. I like everything smelling fresh, looking clean and in it’s rightful place! I am really dissatisfied if my house doesn’t look nice at all times!

Cleaning all of our new mini blinds in the house has been a real pain in my butt, because I know if you don’t keep after them, they collect dust and get ugly in no time at all. I tried using dusting rags to clean them weekly but I always ended up with tiny cuts on my hands from the sharp mini blind slats. Ugh!
The Swiffer 360 Duster came to my rescue and since I have been using it weekly to clean those pesky mini blinds…I have to admit, it’s the best product to tackle that job EVER!!! I love how it fits in-between all of the slats and just glides across them (open up your blinds before you clean them). Within a few minutes, all of my blinds are dust-free.
Hubby and I installed 3 brand new ceiling fans in our home a few months ago. We put one in each of the bedrooms and all of them are white in their color. As you can imagine…white shows dirt & dust in no time at all. If you don’t clean your ceiling fans often…it will build up over time and be a real pain later on down the road to clean.
I can no longer use step-stools to reach things due to my hip replacement. I needed a new cleaning strategy when it came to cleaning all of these ceiling fans on a weekly basis…again, the Swiffer 360 Duster came to my rescue!
The handle is plenty long enough for me to stand on my floor and reach up to clean the top and bottom of the ceiling fan blades. More importantly is this…I can angle the duster in the appropriate direction to get into all of those glass light globes, top of the blades, around the fan motor housing, etc. Fabulous!
I have been using the Swiffer 360 Duster all over my home for various cleaning projects! It’s great on mini blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures, dusting off bookcases & knick-knacks, dusting outside & inside both of my curio cabinets and all kinds of other things! I love, love, love…this product!

I absolutely love my swiffer duster, especially for dealing with the five ceiling fans at my house. It works soo much better than a feather duster
I can’t wait to use the Swiffer Duster ! I like that you can reach really high spots like the fan blades places I find hard to reach. It really holds the dirt on the fibers so they don’t just float around too.
Swiffer is something special. I have no idea HOW it works, but it’s far above other products. (BTW – Feel better soon, pamper yourself still!)

I have the sniffer duster and it works great. Easy to use and effective at grabbing dust. Love how this one tilts…. Great for fan blades or tops of cabinets.
Hope that you are doing well with your recovery, by brother had that 6 months ago and I know how painful and slow it can be. I haven’t use this as I am not a big fan of dry dusting, but your review is persuasive! Thanks so much.
Can you wash it? Do you have to replace the whole thing or are their replacement tops for these?
I agree with you about the Swiffer Duster whether the one with the long handle or not they all really do a great job of eliminating the dust and the handle and angler make it so much easier to reach places.
The Swiffer Duster is the best product at picking up all the dust on my table surfaces and it really works well on the TV too. I need to get some new ones, but they really last a long time!
