My husband and I own 4 laptop computers, an iPad, iPod and a netbook, yes…we are an electronic geek family! The reason we own so many electronics is that he needs them for his job and I need them for mine. When we travel…we pack up all of our gear and hit the road in style.

Last year I had the pleasure of introducing you all to Altego when I reviewed a laptop messenger bag. Well today, I am back again with another fabulous product and I am really excited to tell you all about it.

For my review I was sent the 17″ Polygon Backpack to try out for all of you. One of the things I like about this backpack is that it’s in a unisex design…so hubby & I both can use it! In addition, it’s extremely well-made and they thought of everything when it comes to creating the perfect laptop backpack!

Our Thoughts: Wow…Where do I start with this one??? Seriously, I think Altego has created the perfect backpack!!! The outside of the backpack has adjustable shoulder straps that are very padded and comfortable. The backpack has multiple outside pockets and compartments which are perfect for holding your iPod, cell phone, keys, bus passes, etc. Whatever you need to get to quickly and easily.

Inside the backpack you will find multiple sized compartments and pockets to hold all of that miscellaneous stuff you need to take with you and want to keep organized. We use those pockets to hold our external drive, wifi stick, earphones, USB cords, camera cords, etc. I love how I can keep everything neatly organized so that I can find it.

Love the Interior!

The real beauty of this backpack is the backside which unzips to hold your laptop, MacBook, netbook, iPad or whatever electronic device you may be using. In our case, we slip our iPad in there on some days…and on other days I slip my small laptop in there. It’s very nicely padded and trust me…your electronic gear is well protected whether you put it in that compartment or inside the main compartment of the backpack.

The fabrication of this backpack is outstanding…nice heavy duty fabrication which will last for a long time…nothing flimsy or cheap at all. The zippers are heavy duty too and very easy to operate. I hate fumbling with cheap zippers that don’t line up easily or pull apart within minutes. All quality materials went into the construction of this quality backpack bag! We LOVE it!!!
