We have shared with you several times about the effectiveness of collagen as a supplement to your body overall. A few months ago, we shared the Beauty Bursts chewable supplements and we have also shared a few other products in the past as well. Today I want to tell you about one of the NeoCell products in pill form that you can take. I was sent a bottle to check out but first, let me give you a brief update on the company.

I chose to try the NeoCell Collagen + C supplement. These come in a pill form and they are an easy fit to my other supplements that I take. They are a larger pill and you have to take 3 of them 2x a day. So if you have pill issues, try another form of their collagen like liquid or their mix in powder.
With this product, they say that you can see results with improved hair, skin and nails. Plus if your joints hurt, that will improve too. And you may even notice better sleep and weight control. Now any of these benefits are just what I need so I was happy to try these out.
I have been taking these for about 10 days now. One of the things that I have noticed is that my nails have been growing pretty quickly. It usually takes a while for them to grow, but they have been coming in really fast. I tend to chew on them somewhat so I try and keep them painted so they can actually grow instead of being tempted to nibble. I had one break the other day and within just a few days, I was already getting some length to it that I could see over the top of my finger.
I have also seen a nice reduction on the swelling of my feet and ankles. Dealing with that on any day that it is over 90 degrees is something that I have dreaded. This whole week it is been between 93 and 99 and I have had minimal swelling so that is huge for me!
As with any new product that you start to take, it will take a few weeks to get fully integrated into your system. I have faith that as I continue to take this Collagen, I will continue to see improvement in my skin, nails and other areas mentioned. I really hope that the swelling continues to remain lower.
