Anyone who wears glasses loses hem from time to time. I am notorious for losing mine on top of my head, dropping them, and misplacing the case – and that’s just for my sunglasses. If I take the regular pair off and I’m not at 100%, I sometimes end up spending hours looking for them. It’s kind of embarrassing, but it is what it is. Old school eyeglass necklaces have come to mind, but I can’t find a style I like. And vanity won’t let me go there. Thanks to Eye-Hole, I won’t have to sacrifice style for function.

Mother-daughter team Kate Berger and Ann Lightfoot have something special here. They paired fashion and function with this glam version of the old school eyeglass necklace and people notice. Eye-Hole launched at The Vision Expo in March 2012 and it took off from there.
They offered my choice of style to try and I had fifteen to choose from. I selected The Thompson. Why? It has my name on it – I had to. At first sight, I fell in deep like. Not only is Eye-Hole functional, it’s an attractive accessory. The suede band is lightweight and comfortable, and the beads are available in a variety of colors. It doesn’t matter how attractive it is if Eye-Hole doesn’t work, so I went to testing. I wore my sunglasses around my neck all day while working, cleaning, cooking, and doing laundry. My sunglasses stayed in place. If Eye-Hole works during a busy day, it will work while wandering out and about while running errands or playing tourist.
If you tend to lose – or damage – your glasses when you’re not wearing them, Eye-Hole is for you.
