Portable Cold Therapy Packs for Hot Flashes

Portable Cold Therapy Packs for Hot Flashes

Today I would like to introduce you to the company called coldfront® who makes a line of products to help women deal with the nastiness of menopausal hot flashes. In addition to using this product for the relief of hot flashes, the product is also great for relieving headache pain, to reduce swelling from bug bites and all kinds of other things.

Last year I had the pleasure of reviewing the coldfront products and since that time, they have become my best friend…seriously, I do NOT leave home without them! You can read my review from last year —-> HERE.

I have owned the coldfront system for almost a year now and use it almost every day. I am 46 years old and going through menopause so it helps to reduce hot flashes. On top of that…I am a chronic migraine sufferer and get at least 3 nasty migraines a week. I love putting the coldfront onto my temples and behind my neck to help reduce pain.

Back in April I had a total hip replacement and I used the coldfront to help reduce swelling around my hip and around my knee. The coldfront works a lot better than a traditional ice pack which is heavy, rigid and nasty. I will take coldfront any day of the week over a nasty ice pack!

Portable Cold Therapy Packs for Hot Flashes

Just last week I got stung by a very angry bee and that sting swelled up my left arm to the size of a baseball bat. Yes, I am allergic to bee stings and I had to medicate myself with an injection in my leg & then get a special cocktail via IV from my doctor. However, once I was back home the coldfront was immediately placed onto my arm to help reduce swelling & itching from that bee sting.

Yes folks, coldfront is my best friend and I use them several times a week for a wide variety of ailments. When I leave my house…you will find my coldfront kit inside my tote bag too! Just ask hubby, he will tell you that I never leave home without them!

Well, since I love these products so much, the great folks at coldfront are back again today and going to offer you all a special giveaway opportunity! Read below to see what we are giving away and how you can enter!

Unlike prescription medications containing hormones that can have side effects including an increased risk of breast cancer and heart disease, or herbal remedies which are unproven and unregulated, coldfront® does not alter the hormone levels that can cause hot flashes. Instead, coldfront® effectively and safely cools your body during a hot flash, and dramatically shortens the duration of the flash, so that you can feel more comfortable and confident without any long-term health worries.
