Good Morning Everyone…Happy Tuesday! The boss lady (Chris) is still on vacation and I have been having fun at work while she has been gone! hahaha! The cat has to play, while the boss lady is away.
Anyway…I have a big VENT this morning and yes…I have moaned & groaned about this before. However, the problem with cheaters coming & trying to enter the giveaways here is out of control again!!! Seriously, it took me over 22 minutes to obtain two legit winners this morning and that is ridiculous! I had to keep trashing cheater entries & disqualifying folks who did NOT complete the mandatory entry or if they did (most didn’t) they put I some type of BS like “I love that” or “I want to win that”. Oh really folks??? You think that is an acceptable answer? We don’t ask you to jump through hoops people to enter…all we ask is that YOU visit the sponsor’s site & come back and tell us what item is your favorite product (besides the item we are featuring). Is that too much to ask? No! The sponsor deserves you spending a few minutes on their site looking at their products!!! C’mon now!!!
Note to Cheaters – We monitor every single comment that comes into this blog! If we don’t catch you immediately when you leave your comment/entry (if you leave one, most cheaters don’t)….we will catch you when we go to select winners. When we select winners, random.org via Giveaway Tools tell us who the winner is…we then go into our BLOG COMMENTS and double check that entry to make sure you did what you said you did to make sure you fully completed the mandatory entry and if you did…that it’s not some type of BS answer. If you cheat…we trash all of your entries & select a new LEGIT winner. There is no exceptions to this and while you might get away with this on other blogs (we know you do because a lot don’t take the time to double check)…you will NEVER get away with it here and that is the BOTTOM LINE on that! If you are here to cheat…MOVE ON!
We had a few giveaways close late last night so we do have winners to announce this morning. As always, we spend time every morning validating entries, trashing out the cheater entries and then randomly select a winner using random.org. We then double check that persons entry to make sure it’s legit and then finalize it.

how horrible, i would never cheat- right- i mean come on- your asking a little bit of time to enter- do it or move on..
I appreciate the time you take to find legit winners. It is very frustrating that people cheat. I know it is a huge hassle for you but maybe now that people know you check some won’t bother. It takes very little effort and time to be legit people!!!
It is a huge hassle but we owe it to the legit folks…to double check entries & to make sure cheaters don’t win. We also owe it to our generous sponsors 🙂
I usually post the URL of what I saw on the sponser’s site. I got some OCD going on here! *****Relax….you sound like my blood pressure feels!
I am always careful with all my entries on any contests I enter on the internet. My doctor calls me ‘exceedingly compliant’ with what she tells me to do. Being a contest junkie I make sure of the rules before I enter anything.
I’m sorry that you’re have problems with cheaters. It’s not that hard to do what is asked.
