White Trash Beautiful by Teresa Mummert Book Review

July 20, 2013 by Classystaff

Do you know the feeling when you are looking for a great book to read and you are flipping through the pages, read the back cover and maybe even the first chapter before you decide to buy it – hoping that it is a great book? I know that feeling well! I read a lot and can usually tell whether a book is going to be something I will enjoy rather quickly. The book I am sharing with you today is one that will captivate you from the get go. You do not even have to get through the first chapter before you know. Let me tell you about this exciting book I was so happy to review.

White Trash Beautiful by Teresa Mummert

Sexy, stunning and suspenseful, White Trash Beautiful is the first installment in the White Trash series by Teresa Mummert. This striking new Adult trilogy is about a down and out waitress who is swept off her feet by an aspiring rock star. This word of mouth best seller captivated readers with its honesty, grit and headstrong heroine. This is a wonderful story for anyone who has ever felt trapped in life, cheated in love and longed for something more.

21 year old Cass Daniels is not waiting for her knight in shining armor. She knows that girls like her don’t get the happily ever after – especially if you live in a trailer with your drug addicted mom, work at a greasy spoon diner and have to deal with creepy old men. Maybe that is why she puts up with her best friend, turned boyfriend, Jackson, who treats her like dirt. Cass learned to accept her lot if life, until He walked into the diner.

His name is Tucker and he is different from any man Cass has ever know. Tall, tattooed and gorgeous! Tucker is the lead signer in an upcoming band and from the moment they meet, Tucker see something in her that he just cannot shake. Something special; haunted even and he is determined to get her to open up and let him in.

With over 100 pages of never seen material, this new enhanced copy of the original White Trash Beautiful is an amazing book. The author has a wonderful talent for describing Cass so you can feel every emotion, every disappointment, and every thrilling thing that she does in this book.

Categorized as a romantic thriller, there are definitely scenes where you are holding your breath and praying for her as she discovers new and exciting things about herself and begins to explore the fact that maybe, just maybe things can change in her life. While fate can deal you a crappy hand, there are ways out and Cass wants desperately to find a way. Is love the way out for her?

I truly loved this book! It is heartbreaking, yet uplifting too. You struggle right along with Cass as she discovers her strength, her beauty and begins to believe in herself. If you love a great story that keeps you on edge right until the very end, this is the book for you! The author does a fabulous job and I cannot wait to read the next installments of the White Trash series!

Your review made me want to go out and get this book right away. First I’ll check my library, but I might actually buy it. It sounds like an exciting and inspiring book
