We have reviewed the Yoga Kit and the Punch Boxing kit, both of them get high grades in my book! Today I have the third and final product for review from Weight Watchers for you. The Weight Watchers Work Your Belly, Butt and Thighs Fitness Kit is perfect for targeting troubled areas! In women, the belly, butt and thighs are problem areas, especially if you have had kids.
This kit comes with a workout DVD featuring three complete workouts that range from 30-45 minutes. This workout kit includes a 65cm anti-burst ball that targets the belly, butt and thighs. The ball works to increase stability, tone your core strength and helps to stretche the entire body. The kit also includes a stability ring to cradle the ball and prevent it from rolling away. Plus they included a hand pump so you can inflate the ball when needed. This fitness kit has a 10-week exercise tracker to help you monitor your progress throughout the program.
You have probably seen many exercise shows that use these toning balls. They come in a variety of sizes and range a great deal in price. The fact that there is one included in this kit is a huge plus and will save you money. The value of this kit is fabulous!
Like the past kits that I reviewed, the DVDs are great and easily guides you through exercises for women of all ages. You can set your own pace as you move through the exercises.
This kit is another awesome addition to the Weight Watchers fitness line. It works beautifully with the other kits to target troubling areas you want to focus one. Since they are available at Wal-Mart they are affordable and accessible for anyone ready to get toned up.
