Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen

I love being out in the sun and warmer weather but along with that comes too much sun exposure and sun burn. With my sensitive skin and medical problems, it is important for me to use an all natural and/or organic sunscreen.
True Natural is one of those companies that is making a difference in the sunscreen business by offering natural and organic sunscreen products, natural self-tanners and anti-aging skin care products.
The company sent me a complimentary tube of their new all natural sunscreen in the Caribbean coconut scent to try out for all of you. This sunscreen has an SPF 30 and is 100% mineral based. It’s vegan, bio-degradable and gluten-free.
The sunscreen comes packaged in a 3.4 fl. oz. tube which is really easy to use. Matter of fact, I prefer my sunscreen in a squeeze tube like this and I always shy away from the bottles which spill & leak. It is made right here in the good old U.S.A.
To Use: Apply the sunscreen liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every 2 hours. This is not a water resistant sunscreen, so if you are hitting the water, you will have to use a different product.
I decided to try out my new sunscreen last weekend when hubby and I were spending several hours out in the yard doing our yard work & gardening. I applied it to my face, tops of my ears, arms and legs. As I was applying it…I got a good whiff of that fantastic smelling coconut scent!
The sunscreen applied really easily, absorbed quickly and didn’t leave any sticky or oily residue behind. It has a really nice consistency to it and it isn’t running all over the place before you get it rubbed in.
About 2 hours later I came indoors to take a peek to make sure I wasn’t getting any sunburn and was really impressed that I had a nice “sun glow” but no redness or burn. I applied the sunscreen again and went back outside to finish up my work.
Later that evening after I got my shower I stood in front of the mirror to give my body a good look-over to make sure I had no sunburn and I didn’t. I was really impressed with this sunscreen and I am going to continue using it when I plan on being outdoors this summer.

I am glad that True Natural is truly natural and made in the USA. I prefer sunscreen that is not runny and the coconut scent is one of my favorites. Perhaps I shall try this product soon.
