My grandmother has been deceased for 12 years now and when I was a young adult…she taught me a lot about investing in diamond jewelry Toronto Ontario. You see, my grandmother was one of those women who was heavily involved in securing her financial future. Not only that, she invested in many things over her 60 years of life and most of them paid off big time.
Now that my grandmother is no longer here, I have been trying to invest in jewelry too! Unlike my grandmother who loved flawless and clearless diamonds, I am all for those beautiful colored diamonds that you see out in the retail marketplace.
When my grandmother passed away I inherited a beautiful diamond brooch that was surrounded by dark blue sapphires. A few months ago I picked up a pair of blue diamond earrings that were surrounded by white diamonds. I must admit, those earrings are real stunners!
Just recently my grand daughter turned 4 years old and hubby & I invested in a pair of pink diamond stud earrings for her. We didn’t go big on them because she is only 4 years old…but did get a 1/2 ctw stud pair for her. We are only going to let her wear them on special occasions.
Investing in diamond jewelry is a sound financial investment because diamonds will always be in-demand…just like gold. Before you invest in this type of jewelry, I do suggest you do your homework and look at some resources online before you purchase.
Do any of you invest in jewelry? If so, what kind? I would love to hear about it. Leave your thoughts & comments below. Thanks!
Colored diamonds! Those are so special. I always see the “canary-colored” diamonds in Tiffany’s. They are just beautiful. I wish I could invest in diamonds now, but it’s a little out of my budget. Not giving up hope yet, though!
It sounds like your grandmother taught you a lot about how to invest in jewelry. I’d love to see a photo of your new blue diamond earrings. Although I love jewelry I don’t invest in it.
