Herbalogic Decompress Stress and Tension Relief

Herbalogic’s Decompress Stress and Tension Relief formula brings Traditional Chinese Medicine to the masses in an easy to use formula.

Herbal and natural remedies speak to me. I am no fond of pharmaceuticals, but will use them when required. For minor irritations, herbs and old school nutritional solutions are my go-to’s. Traditional Chinese Medicine and herbalism draw my interest, but there is so much to learn and not always enough time to devote to those studies. Luckily for me and others interested in traditional medicines, Herbalogic is available.

Acupuncturists Jeanie Adinaro and David Jones know herbal therapies and combined them with Traditional Chinese herbalism. They developed several formulas to help relive what may ail you. Herbalogic gets all but one of their herbs from China, and all formulas are free of pesticides, microbial contamination, and heavy metals. While not organic, the herbs are all sustainably produces on small Chinese farms. Herbalogic’s formulas are alcohol-based, but can easily be made non-alcoholic by adding a few drops to a few ounces of boiled water and allowed to cool so the alcohol evaporates.

When Herbalogic offered me the chance to try Decompress, I jumped at the chance. Who isn’t stressed these days? I figured if I didn’t completely relax me, I couldn’t hurt. It helped me in more ways than expected. Herbalogic’s Decompress Stress and Tension Relief ($24.00 for 2 oz.; $36.00 for 4 oz.) is said to relieve stress-related shoulder and neck tightness, irritability, anxiousness, seasonal moodiness, occasional pain, moderate stiffness, and poor digestion. It can be mixed with water and taken as tea or placed directly under the tongue for faster absorption. I opted for the faster absorption method each time. The flavor is light and not really medicinal.

I used Decompress as directed and found more relief than expected. After a few particularly long days at the computer desk, I wasn’t as stiff as usual. I also experienced quick relief from tension headaches and some neck stiffness. The biggest bonus of using Decompress is migraine relief. While it isn’t promoted as a migraine remedy, it worked for me. My typical here day period of pain was cut in half. And for insomnia, it helped some. Again, it is not promoted as an insomnia remedy, but it did help quiet my mind so I could relax.

Want to try it yourself? Decompress is available from select retailers and natural practitioners around the US and directly from Herbalogic. Other formulas include Easy Breather for occasional sinus irritation, Peak Power energy formula, Solid Eight for the occasional sleepless night, Flashback for menopause support, Peacekeeper for PMS relief and periodic mood swings, Back in Action for minor aches and pains, Fixed Focus concentration booster, and Quiet Mind to help calm the nerves. When this bottle is gone, I’ll pick up another bottle of Decompress and add a bottle of Back in Action.
