Watermelon Mixer Recipe from Cascade Ice

One of the things I absolutely LOVE about Summer is a good juicy watermelon and I swear, we will eat 2 whole watermelons a week while they are in-season here in our area! We make all kinds of watermelon juices, ice cream, sorbets, smoothies and desserts using watermelon!

Today’s recipe comes to us from the great folks over at Cascade Ice and it looks absolutely delicious! I am looking forward to making it!

Watermelon Mixer Recipe

Time to buy that delicious watermelon you’ve been dreaming about all winter for this fruity treat.

Start with 3oz of Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Blueberry Watermelon. Then pour 1oz of club soda. Stir it a bit and add several slices of watermelon and blueberries for the final touch. You’ve just added two servings of fruit to your family’s diet!

I love watermelon too! It’s one of my family’s favorites. It’s sooo good and juicy. I just bought one yesterday at Publix. Thanks for the recipe. I want to try this.

I am a strange person: I do not like watermelon. I like most fruits and cantaloupe, but not watermelon.
