Healthy North Pole Green Juice Recipe

June 26, 2013 by Shelly

north pole veggie juice

The official start of summer is just around the corner, which makes right now the perfect time to do a jucie cleanse! People are constantly looking for a cleanse that will work with their lifestyle and their budget.  Omega Juicers has teamed up with Leanne Vogel, holistic nutritionist, of Healthful Pursuit to create some healthy juice recipes!

North Pole Green Juice Recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Green juice with a cooling aftertaste of fresh mint.

1 apple
1 pear
½ cucumber
3 leaves kale
40 grams fresh mint

If you have a ‘low’ setting on your juicer, begin with the softer items first – cucumber, kale and mint. Then turn to ‘high’ and juice the apple and pear.

I have never tried a cleanse because I have a tough time swallowing stuff that tastes bad. This one actually looks pretty tasty. I am going to try it.

Healthy juice recipes is what I really like. I like this recipe because it has mint in it, and that tastes so good in drinks. I will have to try one of these drinks.

I have not yet tried a juice cleanse, partly because I don’t have a juicer. I don’t think I could have this recipe becasue I seem to be allergic to mint. Perhaps I would substitute a little sweet basil.
