Our family loves sandwiches. We grew up eating them almost every day for lunch and my Dad still makes a sandwich almost every day. They are fabulous to take with you any where and creating a great sandwich is fun! My hubby enjoys creating sandwiches and one of his favorites is a breakfast sandwich that we enjoy for breakfast or lunch or even dinner, if I am feeling lazy.

Bacon, Egg and Cheese on Sourdough Bread Recipe
2 eggs – made any way
2 slices of Cheese – any kind
2 slices of Bacon
2 Slices of Toasted Sourdough Bread, buttered
Salt and pepper to Taste
Simply Layer all of the ingredients on to your bread and enjoy!
