Today I would like to introduce you to the company called Fresh Produce who makes a line of women’s sportswear that is absolutely fantastic! The company got it’s start back in 1984 with selling silk-screened t-shirts but over the years their product line grew into what it is today. You will find beautiful sportswear bottoms, women’s capris, tops and dresses for both women and young girls. My sister is a plus-size gal and she found some adorable plus size pants there too!
The company sent me a complimentary pair of their Seafarer Capris to review for all of you and even though they call them capris…they fit me and my mother more like a crop pant. For the photos, I had mom model them for me and she is 5 foot 6″ tall and I am 5 foot 7″ tall. They hit us both right above the ankles, so on us…they fit more like a crop pant.
The capris are made out of a 100% cotton sheeting fabrication and the waistband is made out of a cotton & spandex knit blend fabrication which is stretchy and comfortable. The waist features a drawstring closure, their are 2 front slash style pockets, 1 cargo pocket on one leg and 2 back pockets.
These are not form fitting capris and are cut & styled in the way that I personally prefer which is a looser and more comfortable fit. I do not like clingy clothing during the hot summer months and these capris are perfect for me (and my mom who is trying to steal them from me).
The Seafarer Capri comes in 14 different colors…I love that some of the colors are bright, some are classic colors and others are pastel. In my opinion, I would get 2 classic colors and then 2 other colors to really freshen up your summer wardrobe.
We spend a lot of time outdoors during the summer watching the kids play soccer, baseball, hiking & walking and we are big beach goers. These capri pants are perfect for me to wear because they are comfortable and thanks to that cotton sheeting fabric, they are light-weight and cool. Just what we need to wear on hot & humid 90+ degree days here in Pennsylvania.

Hmmm… these look comfy, but I wouldn’t call them Capris. Not even pedal-pushers. They just kind of look like pants that are too short.

Never realized they sell clothes – and so cute yet comfy! I would want them in so many different colors, basic and pizazz!!!

I agree with you about calling these pants crop pants – not capris, and on someone who is shorter (like I am) they could be regular pants. Yet they do look great on your mom. I can understand why she wants them.
