Hot weather means lots of water and beverages to keep hydrated. I drink a lot of water but sometimes water alone can be boring! So I have been trying our some new flavored waters so that I can still keep drinking water but add no calories. The folks from Cascade Ice were kind enough to send me some samples to try out and share with you today.
Cascade Ice Sparkling Flavored Waters are all Sodium Free, Caffeine Free and Gluten Free. They come in 31 flavors that are in 3 different categories: Regular Sparkling Water, Organic Sparkling Water and their Sparkling Cocktail Mixers. I did not realize that they offered Organic Flavored Water or the Cocktail mixers until recently, so I was happy to try a few of their products.
One of my favorite flavors is orange and when I saw an Orange Mango water, that was the one I went for first. The water is flavorful and not overly sweet. It also has no chemical taste that often comes with zero calorie products. We also sampled Pink Grapefruit, Raspberry Lemonade and Coconut and all of them are outstanding! I love the Pink Grapefruit flavor. It is so crisp and refreshing. My son and hubby enjoyed sampling the products too. They said to make sure to keep these around often!
Also included were 2 of the mixers for us to try out. The Margarita and the Cosmopolitan. Often cocktails have hundreds of calories and that can be prohibitive when you want to enjoy one now and then. The Cascade Ice Mixers have no carbs and no added sugars so the only calories you will get is from the alcohol itself. You can even enjoy these over ice without alcohol. I sampled the Margarita one and found it very tasty especially if you add a squeeze of lime. The Cosmopolitan one is fruity and delicious too!
The Cascade Ice products are available at most grocery stores around the US. You can check out their site for availability near you. Not all products are available everywhere, but I have found many of them at my local store in my small town. The price is right too!

I neither realized that these waters came in 3 categories nor that there were 31 varieties. They now have Strawberry chocolate and McIntosh apple flavors! Yummy.
I love these flavored waters because they are not filled with sugar,and they quench my thirst. I like the Raspberry flavor the best! And there are always sales on these drinks~
