Just like most people in the world, I enjoy beautifully scented candles and when it comes to purchasing them & using them in my home, I am pretty darn picky about it. That’s right…I am a picky candle lover!
To me, the blending of oils to make the perfectly scented candle is an art form! You have to have a keen sense of smell and of course…the professional know-how to get it just right. There are millions of candle companies out there and if you ask me, many of them don’t get it right at all.
Well today, I have found a company that really knows what they are doing when it comes to making perfectly scented candles. Let me introduce you to Skeem Candles and besides selling candles, they also sell pure perfumes. I love companies where their products are USA made, don’t you?
The company sent me a complimentary candle to review for all of you. I received one of the half pint candles in the peach velvet fragrance. Unlike most half pint jar candles I have seen, these are glass decorator jars (not mason jars) and each one comes with a beautiful metal lid. (mine has a cute bumble bee on the top).
Each one is a single wick candle and I really love the muted color on this one (it’s a butterscotch color). Once I removed the lid…I got a good whiff of that peach velvet scent and it’s heavenly! It’s not over-powering at all…just a light peachy scent. I lit my new candle and was immediately impressed with how clean it burns. The wonderful peach aroma filled up my living room in less than 20 minutes. That is impressive!
We have been enjoying our new candle for the past week and I am still impressed with it’s quality and fragrance even more today, than I was on day one! That really speaks to Skeem Candles having such a quality product! We give them a big 2-thumbs up!
