When it comes to living my life, I like to focus on the little things that bring a smile to my face and the things that make me happy. When thinking about these things…the first thing that comes to my mind is my little grand daughter Gia.
My daugter had an easy pregnancy but when it came time to deliver Gia…things got pretty hairy! She had labored for a very long time and then they figured out she was breach. While prepping her for surgery, we all said some prayers and miraculously she turned herself before they could get my daughter down into the OR. Within one hour of us praying, I was holding my new little grand daughter in my hands!
When I think back to that day…I was scared that we would lose both of them but in the end, they both pulled through it with flying colors. Now that it has been 4 years, I treasure every little moment that I get with my grand daughter and daughter when they visit us.
The reason I am sharing one of my Good Life Moments with all of you today is because Allstate has a brand new campaign out and it’s all about celerbating those little things that make us happy! I am really glad to see that Allstate is helping us all to realize what is really important and to celebrate those Allstate Good Life moments every day! Allstate Good Life is a program that makes me think and realize that sometimes we can get bogged down by unimportant things and not treasure what we already possess. I am grateful that my children are well and not too too far away. I try to see the glass as half full, not half empty.
