I LOVE Salba and oatmeal (whole rolled organic, of course) and make it not only for breakfast but for lunch sometimes. I also toss chia seeds into smoothies, sauces, loafs and cookies. Your recipe for oatmeal is super special!
I knew that chia is good for one’s health, but I didn’t realize how good it is until I read your review. I never thought about cooking oatmeal with apple cider. Thanks for the recipe.
My daughter makes oatmeal for her and my husband every night. She is always trying to do better nutritionally and she needs any added protein she can. This would be a great addition to many foods but especially nice on their oatmeal. Hiding in the nutrients is something she has to do for my husband. π
