There is just something about a good quality skin care product. When you can feel your skin drink in the awesome moisture and remain soft for several hours, you know you have a great product. That is how my skin felt after the first time I used Jurlique Natural Skin Care Products that were sent to me for review. My skin was so happy!
Jurlique Natural Skin Care was born in Australia and they have worked hard for 25 years to combine nature with science. They have created a wide range of natural skin care along with natural bath and body products. They grow their own plants, flowers and herbs that go into the products for a beautiful organic blend of goodness. I was sent a lovely collection of products to checkout and I was excited to try them all.
I love the scent of Roses. It reminds me of my Grandmother because she wore it often. Jurlique offers many of their products with essential oil of Rose included for a soft rose scent. I just love it! They also have products with scents of Citrus, Jasmine and Lavender; all grown by Jurlique for their products exclusively.
The first product I tried was their Rose Hand Cream. This is a concentrated cream that comes in a tube. This cream is super rich and thick. I applied a small amount and I think my hands soaked it up in a half of a second. The scent was light a lovely and the cream worked well. My hands felt soft and tender plus all of the dry cracking skin on the top of my hands became smooth again. I am keeping this tube close to me!
I was also sent a tiny little bottle of goodness called Herbal Recovery Gel. Oh my! This tiny bottle has a little pump that delivers a gel full of beauty. I applied this treatment to my face and it felt so fabulous going on. It is very cooling but a tad sticky, which is fine since it is a treatment and not the final product I apply to my face. This is an Antioxidant serum that is rich in plant oils and botanical’s that works to help against dryness, fine lines and dull skin which are true signs of aging. It works to help with your skins elasticity and hydration. My face felt great and I like knowing that it is defending me from additional lines that can turn into those dreaded wrinkles!
Next is an item that has quickly become a favorite of my facial routine. The Jurlique Herbal Recovery Night Cream is a beautiful firming antioxidant cream that is amazing. This cream is thick and rich but not heavy in any way plus it is not oily or greasy at all. It works to help with the skins elasticity and clarity. It is loaded with antioxidants to help protect the skin too. Even though this says night cream I have been using it in the mornings too. My skin needs the extra moisture plus I just love the feel of my skin with this product. It is soft and supple and that feeling lasts all day long. Fabulous!
Finally, I was sent a beautiful Rosewater Balancing Mist that is perfect for those days when you need a little extra moisture or a refreshing blast of coolness for your face. The Rose Oil combines with Aloe and Marshmallow to help hydration and it makes my skin smooth and happy. I threw this in my purse last weekend when I was out and about doing my errands and when I got hot, a few sprays not only refreshed my face but my attitude too! This spray is wonderful to use any time. After sun, after a shower – Anytime!
