We all love to have a bit of fun and sharing a glass of wine while having some fun at Twitter party is a relaxing way to finish off a busy day. Gallo Family invites you to a Twitter Party to celebrate Moscato Wine. Read all about it!
For the third year in a row, Moscato remains the fastest growing wine varietal in the U.S. To capture all of the excitement for this sweeter wine style from wine enthusiasts and wine novices alike, Gallo Family Vineyards established May 9th as National Moscato Day. This year, will be the second annual National Moscato Day and celebrating is as easy as uncorking a bottle of wine!
To start, Gallo Family Vineyards (@GalloFamily) will be hosting a National Moscato Day Twitter party from 9-10pm EST. The party will serve as an open invitation for anyone looking to learn more about the wine and different ways to enjoy it. For those planning to celebrate with friends and family, Gallo Family Vineyards offers easy at-home food and cocktail recipes on their site that pair perfectly with Moscato. Plus, I will be posting one later in the week to help you out too!
Created from the Muscat grape, one of the oldest known grape varietals, Moscato’s fresh, fruit forward flavor profile has recruited a new group of wine drinkers. Fresh and vibrant, Moscato wine is an ideal choice to pair with a variety of foods including fresh cheeses, spicy dishes and fruity desserts such a raspberry tart or peach cobbler.
So mark your calendar and join Gallo and me for a fun relaxing end of the day and let’s Toast National Moscato Day This Thursday May 9th from 9 to 10 pm EST. See you then!

I am excited about the party! @JULIE_CONN
Glad I caught this…that’s tomorrow. Today, I am celebrated Coconut Cream Pie Day; I may just have to make it go tomorrow and have it with this moscato. I am always interested in trying new drinks, and I find it hard to find a wine that goes well with spicy foods. Hope you celebrate, too!
