Homemade Popsicles for Summer Recipe

May 22, 2013 by Shelly

Light and refreshing, Sparkling ICE is Naturally-Flavored Sparkling water that contains Zero Calories, is Gluten-Free, and slightly carbonated. An excellent soda alternative, Sparkling ICE contains B-Vitamins, Vitamin D and antioxidants, along with a caffeine-free Green Tea Extract, which is known to have powerful levels of antioxidants.

You can use Sparkling ICE to make a wide variety of homemade popsicles which is perfect for long, hot summer days! Below you will find a yummy recipe that the great folks over at Sparkling ICE sent over for us to share with all of you.

Sparkling ICE Pops Recipe

Ice Cube Tray (or your favorite ice pop making molds)
Toothpicks or popsicle sticks
1 bottle Black Raspberry Sparkling ICE
1 container of fresh raspberries, chopped

Directions: Fill you trays or molds with Sparkling ICE, topping each with a scoop of chopped raspberries. If using ice cube trays cover tray tightly with tin foil. Poke a popsicle stick through the foil into each cube. If using an ice pop maker place the handle sticks into the molds. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until frozen. Enjoy!

I make ice pops with fruit juices for the grandkids but this is a new way to make them. I never thought to add fruit to them. I love raspberries so this is going to be delicious. Thanks for sharing.

I had a plan to make homemade popsicles this summer – I bought one of those plastic molds that makes six. I have so many recipes saved on PInterest. I really want to try this canteloupe one.

When we were little my mother refused to buy popsicles – she always made them for us from fruit juice. I’d love to try them with this healthier, sparkly version though!

I never think to do this but the idea of frozen raspberries in a popsicle sounds awesome. I will def. give this a try. When I first looked at the photo, I thought they were candles with wicks sticking out, haha.

Oh yum and refreshing! So many things you can make popsicles with…pudding, juice, fruit. I read your blog and recipes and know how much you like ICE. All those flavors would make some really good, better for you popsicles. Plus, kids have fun making their own.

For some reason I have never tried to freeze any sparkling drink, but I enjoy the fresh taste. Sparkling Ice has a good flavor and to combine it with fresh berries should accentuate that flavor and make a delicius frozen treat.
