California Tea House is a family owned tea store where you can find some of the world’s best loose tea and custom-made, herbal tea blends. The company got it’s start in the local California Farmer’s Markets where their exclusive tea collection of estate grown, loose teas & delicious dessert tea blends became so popular that they decided to take their business venture online so that everyone could enjoy them.
California Tea House uses only the highest grade tea and organic herbs & spices in all of their teas and tea blends. They are known for the delicious dessert teas which have unique flavors. In addition to all of that, they are the home of the original herbal tea for dogs!
The company sent me two complimentary bags of loose tea to try out for all of you and I am excited to tell you about them today.
The Peach Tree Oolong Loose Tea comes packaged in a sealed 0.5 oz. bag which is resealable after opening. This loose tea is a Formosa Oolong Tea that is blended with preserved peach pieces and orange peels.
The Vanilla Crème Early Grey Black Tea comes packaged in a sealed 0.5 oz. bag which is resealable after opening. This loose tea is a black tea with a wonderful hint of vanilla.
For the past 8-9 days now I have been enjoying both teas. I like to enjoy the Peach Tree Oolong Tea during the day or after a meal (it’s a dessert tea) and I like to enjoy a cup of the Vanilla Earl Grey Black Tea right before bedtime. For some reason, it just relaxes me after a long day.
Both teas have a wonderful smooth taste to them and are very easy to prepare. I put my loose teas into a reusable filter and steeped them for about 3 minutes in the hot water. Deliciousness in a tea cup…yummy!
