Gardening: An Explosion of Roses

May 1, 2013 by Classystaff

Spring has come to California very quickly. We have had several days of hot weather that has really made the garden take off. When we have 90’s for many days in a row, the blooms come and go pretty quickly. I was out watering the other day and noticed that my rose bush was in full bloom. I caught it before the petals started to fall and it was so loaded with blooms I knew I had to share it with you all! We love flowers around here and know that our readers appreciate seeing them too! I got lots of great pictures of my blooming plants to share with you soon.

Gardening: An Explosion of Roses

Do you love roses? If you love roses, what’s your favorite color? I prefer beautiful white roses and my second choice would be yellow ones. How about you?

Oh wow – they are beautiful. Our roses haven’t bloomed around here, but we have tons of tulips and daffodils.

Thank you so much for sharing your roses! Just beautiful. Here in Maine, the violets have just begun to show themselves, and roses are a long way off.

These are absolutely gorgeous roses. I like the color of these roses, and they make me think of how good they smell. Love Springtime and Summer with all the beautiful roses blooming!

I usually have a beautiful coral-colored rose bush in front of my house. The landscapers cut it way back in the fall and it has not bloomed yet. I hope it still will!
