Working Out with a KettleBall
How many of you work out using a kettleball? I have two friends who use a kettleball 3-4 times a week during their workout routines. I’m a complete newbie to using a kettleball so I’ve been spending some time browsing fitness blogs and YouTube to learn more about it. Wow, there’s a lot of info out there on them!!!
Since I’m new to fitness and exercising…I’m going to say no to using a kettleball at this time. I think it’s for more experienced people. I’ve only been working out for a month, 4 times a week for about 45 minutes each session. Yes, I’m really new to getting my fitness routine in. With that said, I am enjoying it and looking forward to adding-in more time and other equipment.
Those of you who use a kettleball how often are you using one and for how long? What’s the weight? How do you like using it within your fitness routine? Do you have any do’s or dont’s to share with me and the readers of the TCC blog? I would enjoy hearing your personal experience on using them.
