Back when I had my child, there was no such thing as a nursing pillow. You just got to find the best position and comfort level for you both. Many times that meant laying down, which was not always a great option at that time, but it would calm him enough to sleep. Today, the products that are available for new moms are awesome. One of these products is the Mombo Nursing Pillow. This is a really neat concept for nursing moms.
The mombo nursing pillow is a pillow that wraps partially around your waist so you can rest the baby on the pillow. The Mombo is unique in that it a two-sided design called Firm2Soft™, with each side offering a different experience. The firm side gives essential support for mommy and her nursing baby. The soft side is extra cozy—an inviting place for lounging or tummy time. Plus Mombo is the only nursing pillow That comes with a vibration feature, to give baby the ultimate soothing experience while lounging. What a cool concept for fussy babies!
Offered at Toys R US and Babies R Us, the mombo comes in an assortment of pillow styles and slipcover fashions. Select your style from Standard, Deluxe or Nude™. Then choose multiple slipcover fashions so you’ll always have a spare! Plus check out the other mombo™ products too.
Nursing really can be a calming and relaxing time when you have great tools to use like a Mombo. Give it a try or pick one up for the new mom that you know! She will love you for it.

My sons were colicky and I love the vibration feature. I wish this pillow had existed years ago. Things for babies and moms are constantly being improved.
My step-daughter’s favorite item when she gave birth to her son was a nursing pillow just like this one, followed by a nursing stool (which she now uses as a “squatty potty!”). If you know anyone who is pregnant and planning to nurse, you couldn’t go wrong with this!
