My Thoughts: I love Mexican Cuisine and personally, it’s my preferred and favorite cuisine to make and eat! I think one of the things I live about Mexican Cuisine is that in a lot of cases (main dish, appetizer and side dish) those type of recipes utilize a lot of fresh (or frozen) vegetables. I am a HUGE veggie eater!
The cookbook starts out with teaching you all of the essentials that you need to know about cooking Mexican food, including a lot of the terminology used in Mexican cooking. Everything is laid out really nice for you in an easy-to-read & learn format. I love how the author sprinkled helpful preparation and serving tips throughout the cookbook.
Included in the cookbook are 24 pages of mouth-watering photo’s that simply well…make you excited about preparing, serving and eating some great tasting Mexican Cuisine! This cookbook is a welcomed addition to my massive cookbook collection and next week, I am going to get busy making some homemade burritos (recipe in the book!).
