My Thoughts: As you all know, I love cookbooks and have a massive collection of them. While I enjoy cooking homemade dishes for my family, my ultimate passion is baking and baking desserts is at the top of my list!
I am a big pie baker and I probably bake a minimum of 2 homemade pies every week. I had never thought about making & baking mini-pies until I received this wonderful cookbook for my review.
Inside the book you will find over 175 recipes, including: Strawberry Basil Hand Pies, Streusel-Topped Pineapple Rum Galettes, Chocolate Mocha Pecan Tarts, Frozen Chocolate Mint Grasshopper Pies, Pumpkin Pies with Spiced Walnut Streusel, Chicken & Apple Turnovers, Pork Empanadas with Salsa Verde and so much more! This is one thorough book and let me tell you…the recipes are fantastic! Such a wide variety of them and they are all laid out in easy-to-understand terms (directions). Sprinkled within the cookbook are some helpful hints and pie-baking tips. Love that!
Overall, it’s a wonderful addition to my cookbook collection and I am looking forward to make several of the recipes contained within this book! Fabulous!
