Upgrading to a New Riding Lawn Mower
Spring has finally arrived and it’s time to starting thinking about all of that lawn maintenance and yard work that we all have to do. Here in Pennsylvania, it seems like we are mowing the grass every 2 weeks, if not more frequently.
When we purchased this house an old riding lawn mower was included and let me tell you, it’s a real piece of crap! Now that we are all moved in, we are looking to purchase commercial riding mowers because our property is quite large, hilly and difficult to mow.
We went out last week to a few local home and garden stores to take a look at the type of mowers that they had. Needless to say, we were not very impressed with the selection that they had in-stock, nor their high prices. On top of that, their sales associates were not educated about the products we were looking at and well, that didn’t go over smoothly with us at all.
That takes us to today and we got online and did a few internet searches looking for the perfect grass cutter for our particular needs. When making our decision on what to buy, we are considering the following things:
* Price
* Weight
* Stability
* Design
* Name Brand
* Quality Built
* Safety Features
* Horsepower
* Comfortable Seat
* Included Accessories
* Maintenance Costs
* Exceptional Warranty Plan
* and a few other things
Anyway, we found a site that sells the type of commercial riding lawn mowers that we need and we are thinking about ordering our new lawn mower directly from them. Their selection is vast and when I contacted customer service, they had all of the answers I was looking for.
What kind of grass cutter do you have? How old is it and have you had any issues with it? How often do you get out there and mow your grass? Do you have a small flat yard or do you have a large and complicated yard to mow?
