Your Shamrock recipe with the fresh mint and lime sounds very refreshig. You could add a splah of green food coloring to make it greener for St Patrick’s Day.

This recipe looks yummy – but since I don’t drink alcohol, I am going to fiddle around and try to duplicate it with non-alcoholic ingredients.

  3. This looks like a winner! Specially with the fresh mint & lime.

I like the idea of skinny cocktails. I often follow Hungry-Girl’s versions and recipes. Wonderful drinks can be made with less calories and sugar. My daughter typically either makes us a layered green, orange, and white shot or a drink with Irish whisky for St. Patrick’s Day. Not sure what the plan is this year, but this drink will be added to the list.
