Indulge in Delicious Goodness with Nonni’s Biscotti
As a coffee lover, there are few things that match the taste of a fabulous cup of coffee. But by adding a delicious slightly sweet treat to your coffee break, now that is something that will make you smile. One traditional Italian treat is biscotti and I was thrilled to be able to sample some yummy products from Nonni’s Biscotti. Nonni’s makes biscotti that not only tastes great but makes your coffee break just a bit more flavorful.
Not familiar with Biscotti? Biscotti is a traditional Italian dunking cookie and Nonni’s has brought them to our attention in the US and we will be forever thankful. I was sent several of their flavors to check out and sample for you. I got a collection of the large size and the new Biscotti Bites.
First up, the Nonni’s Biscotti Bites – These come in bags for freshness. I love the little 2 bite size. They are perfect for snacking on. I got the Almond Dark Chocolate, the Original Classic Almond and the Caramel Milk Chocolate. The traditional flavor is not sugary sweet and it has a lovely light almond taste to it with a beautiful crunch. The Almond Dark Chocolate is made from the Classic Almond and is dipped in chocolate. Again these are not super sweet. The chocolate gives a rich taste with just the right amount to satisfy your chocolate craving. So good.
The Caramel Milk Chocolate Biscotti Bites are simply the best thing I have even tasted! WOW. I fell in love with these and so did my whole family! We had to divvy up the bag so we each got some. LOL. What is great about these is the chunks of caramel. When you bite into one, they are so creamy in your mouth. The milk chocolate is the perfect accompaniment to this fabulous taste!
In the full size Nonni’s, I got to sample the Cioccolati and the Salted Caramel ones. The Cioccolati are the original almond biscotti that is dipped in bittersweet chocolate for a perfect pairing to your coffee. These are wonderful. I love that the large ones are individually wrapped so you can throw a few in your purse for emergency snack attacks!
Nonni’s newest product to their line up is the Salted Caramel. Wow. These are an interesting taste explosion! The caramel is baked into the biscotti and is so delicious. Then it is dipped in milk chocolate and topped with sea salt that adds such a different taste. You get an amazing combination of sweet and salty, it is awesome. If you are a salt lover, these need to be on your list.
So there you have it. 5 awesome tastes of one fabulous product. If you have never tried Nonni’s before, do yourself a favor and get a box. You will enjoy these with your coffee or as a lovely snack break, just as I have been doing with my awesome coffee mug and these awesome treats. Delicious!
