Looking for something different to make for dinner tonight? How about this cheater recipe for some Chicken Chow Mein! You can whip it up in no time and serve it over cooked noodles or cooked rice. If you have any left-overs you can refrigerate them but we do NOT recommend freezing them. If you like it more spicier, add some additional soy sauce or a few drops of hot sauce to the mixture as it is cooking.
