My Thoughts: This is a really nice sized BBQ grilling cookbook containing 440 total pages with 32 color photo pages and trust me, those photos make your mouth water!

The cookbook is jam-packed with helpful barbecuing tips, hints and tricks of the trade. In the beginning of the cookbook you will learn all about barbecue cooking and this information is vital for the newbie for sure! Even as someone who is experienced with this type of cooking, I learned a few new things too.

The book is really laid out nicely and each chapter is packed with yummy looking recipes and barbecuing tips. In the back of the book is an Index and you can look up recipes quickly and easily!

Overall, I am really impressed and I see myself using this cookbook often once we pull our grill out of winter storage. The barbecuing season is almost upon us here on the east coast and I am really looking forward to it this year!
