You probably already know that fruits and vegetables are good for you internally, but they are also good for you externally! I wanted to bring a fun fact to your attention that you might not know: Studies have shown that eating fruits and vegetables can help to improve skin tone, creating a more youthful and radiant glow.
Fruit and vegetable consumption affects skin carotenoid levels; this may lead to skin-color change in a fashion that is known to contribute to the appearance of health. Carotenoids also protect against cell damage from pollution and UV rays and can prevent age-related diseases including heart disease and cancer. Foods rich in antioxidants are also helpful to maintain a youthful appearance (they are found in many beauty creams!) Some of the most powerful antioxidants are beta-carotene, various phytochemicals and vitamins A, C and E.
Omega Juicers has created a few juice recipes made with fruits and vegetables that are packed with essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to help you look your best.

I dont have a juicer as they are so expensive for my budget . I do eat lots of fruits and vegetables tho. Juicing them has lots of benefits for us but I dont know if the kids would drink it.
I do not have a juicer but I can use my blender for many of the recipes and I love both of these. I didn’t realize that the white rind of citrus is good for me.
I know that there are many benefits to juicing to get your veggies and fruits in. I bought a juicer last year and was determined to juice. I slacked off as the year progressed. Your review has inspired to get the juicer back out and try these two simple recipes. Both look Delicious and would give me the daily nutrients that I need as well as plenty of energy. I could do one in the morning and than one in the afternoon when I start to get tired. That is the time I tend to go for treats or a snack. Thank you for inspiring me.
I really like adding fresh ginger to juices. Gives them a bit of a kick.
Both juice mixes look very appealing! The green juice must not be too sweet judging by the ingredient list. I love the kiwi seeds that are seen; just looks very nutritious and wholesome! I do wonder what the overwhelming taste would be like with some strong elements mixed with others that have minor but equally unique flavors, i.e. the ginger versus the green apple versus the kiwi! I am too curious that I will really have to make this juice soon. Thanks for sharing! Juicing is a refreshing way to get healthy benefits in an easy manner.
would like to try both but the Omega’s Green Mixer Juice Recipe would help get my daily veggies in
