I think I am safe in saying that any one that loves to read has probably heard of Jackie Collins. She has an iconic history of writing blockbuster books that tell all about behind the scenes life in rock star/movie star type lifestyles and the stories about scandal, manipulation, and high power antics that will leave you ready to read more. I have been reading Ms. Collins books for years and I am thrilled that a new one has just been published that is true to her writing roots. I am excited to share this new book with you.

My Thoughts:
I love Jackie Collins! The original bad girl writer that blows the covers of the secrets of the rich and famous. I devour her books and have been for years. I get a tingly thrill just holding one of her books so I was super excited to know that a new one was on the way. It has been a few years since I read the last one and I wondered if thrill would still be present.
The Power Trip is packed full of secrets, mystery, intrigue, suspense, passion, love, hate, greed, and desire from the back stabbing, delicious characters that keep you turning the pages as fast as you can. This is true Jackie Collins style as only she can write.
The book is written in short chapters that leave you hanging, just a bit, since this is the story of a trip of a lifetime as seen through the eyes of invited guests and the hosts. The billionaire and his girlfriend have a beautiful trip planned and want to share it with specific guests, all invited for one reason or another. They all have secrets and want something from the voyage and the author certainly shows the true colors of her cast of characters. I loved the mystery and the who done it twists to the story.
For a fabulous read by a true master of story weaving with the deliciously wicked and sensational people she writes about, you have to grab The Power Trip. It will become one of your favorite books
