My skin has been so dry this winter; it is really becoming an annoyance. The good thing is that with exfoliating and lotions, I can keep it under control and even like my skin for a bit. What I am loving right now is my new Spongelle Body Buffer that is loaded with awesome shower gel, right in the sponge. Why am I loving this product? Well, I am glad you asked!
Spongelle® is a very cool looking sponge that is infused with beautiful shower gel. The neat thing is that this buffer sponge is made from a firm spongy like consistency and then on one side they added a buffer so that you can exfoliate and clean with one item. Plus with it having the shower gel right inside, you are not fumbling around trying to apply soap and having to use a scrub and then a soap. Everything you need is in one cute body buffer. Another great feature is that the one I reviewed is in a cute Heart shape so you can easily and comfortably keep it in your hand and apply it where ever you need to.
I love the scent that I was able to review for you. The PEONY CASSIS scent, which was created exclusively for Spongelle®, is loaded with bergamot, lemongrass, sea kelp extracts, olive oil and lavish whipped cream lather. It smelled lovely and works very well. I like that the sponge is firm so that I can exfoliate my whole body lightly and then flip it over for the buffer side to do my heels and elbows and other spots that tend to need more exfoliation. This is perfect for using before you add sunless tanner and waxing too. Your skin will be nice and clean and ready for any finishing product. I love this body buffer!
The Spongelle® comes in different sizes and can be found at drug stores and mass retailers. I keep a small one in my travel bag and the larger ones are great for home use. This one has at least 10 uses in it, but trust me, you can get a lot more than 10 uses from it. It is one of my favorite beauty items because it is so easy to use and very effective.
