I have been part of the Purex Blogging Team (VIP Blogger) for well over a year now, so I am very lucky that I get to try out a lot of the great products that Purex has to offer. Well guess what? Purex has added a new product to their line-up and it’s called Purex Crystals for Baby.
Like other Purex Crystals, the new product is 87% natural. It goes in at the start of the wash, spending more time with your baby’s laundry and infusing it with freshness that lasts for weeks, not days. Plus, Purex Crystals for Baby is hypoallergenic, dye free, and safe for use on all clothes, including children’s sleepwear.
Once my review product arrived, I decided to immediately give this new baby fabric softener a try. I will admit up front, I don’t have a baby but I do have a 3 1/2 year old grand daughter who has sensitive skin. I decided to wash a load of her clothing and use the new Purex Crystals for Baby in that wash load.
You add these new Purex Crystals for Baby at the beginning of the wash load. As soon as you open the bottle, you smell a nice light fresh scent. I added them and went about my business. Once the washing was done, I toss her clothing into my dryer. An hour later I went back, took them out and folded them up.
Everything that I washed/dried smelled super nice…a light fresh clean scent, nothing chemical and nothing perfume! It reminded me of clothing line dried clothes! Fresh & clean! In addition, we had no static cling either! Usually when I wash her clothing, I get a lot of static cling, but not this time!
For my next test, I decided to use the Purex Crystals for Baby in a load of our white bathroom towels. Yes, I know it’s meant for children’s clothing but I love the fresh & clean scent, so I used it with our towels! LOL I got the same great smelling results! I am really IMPRESSED with this product! Yeah!
