My husband has been on a diet and trying to lose weight for the past 8 weeks. He has done very well with his weight loss plan, until now! He seems to have hit a plateau and still has around 20 lbs. to lose.
He was watching Dr. Oz. the other day and Dr. Oz was talking about products that contain Green Coffee Bean Extract and how some people are successfully losing weight while taking it. That of course, peeked hubby’s interest in products that contain that, so he has been doing some online research on it.
From what we read online, it is a relatively new product to hit the retail marketplace and is known for having strong anti-oxidant properties, like green tea and grapeseed extract. An added plus is that green coffee bean extracts don’t contain caffeine, like traditional coffee bean products.
He also found some information on another product called Raspberry Keytones which is a dietary supplement that helps to increase the hormone Edipo Nectin which tricks the body into thinking that it’s skinny (thin). A lot of people are using this dietary supplement and raving about their weight loss results.
Right now he is just doing some research and considering his options when it comes to more natural weight loss supplements and products.
So today, hubby would like to know if any of you have used the Green Coffee Bean Extract or the Raspberry Keytones before and if so, what kind of results did you have?

I have not tried either, but I have heard more about Raspberry Keytones than Green Coffee Bean extract. You always have to be careful when trying new things, but it is worth trying if you go slowly.
I have not tried either and a bit skeptical of such claims. It is always worth a try though.
I need to loose about 15 pounds, but I’m not sure if I can take weight loss diet because I’m on heart meds?
