A couple of years ago I was introduced to the line of Better Than Bouillon Soup and Food Bases and ever since then, I have been hooked! I love using these food bases to make a wide variety of soups, stews and they are fabulous for marinating some of your meats & fish.
If you are not familiar with this line of food bases, they are made by a company called Superior Touch. Better Than Bouillon concentrated paste food bases are made primarily from meat, seafood, or vegetables. This gives them a richer and more natural flavor than ordinary bouillon cubes or granules. Plus they are a fabulous Secret Ingredient in the kitchen. You will never want to be without them again!
There are 5 different lines which include: Premium Bases, Organic Bases, Vegetarian Bases, All Natural Reduced Sodium Bases and Kosher Bases.
