Good Morning Everyone! I decided today to let myself sleep in this morning which is something I rarely do! I am very bad at listening to my body and the signs that it gives to me…and this morning it was saying “YELLING” to me to….SLEEP IN….so, I did! LOL Well, if you call sleeping to 8:30 am as sleeping in. Even after allowing myself to sleep a full 8 hours last night, I am still feeling tired. blah.
