6 Chocolate Brownies Baking Tips
Do you enjoy baking chocolate brownies from scratch? If so, I’ve got a few baking tips to share with you which will help yield the best results when making homemade brownies.
1. Use quality chocolate! This is something you don’t want to skimp on.
2. If your recipe calls for butter…use it! Butter gives baked goods a better flavor than if you used margarine.
3. If the recipe calls for vanilla extract…only use pure vanilla extract! Skip the immitation!
4. Don’t bake them at a high temperature in the oven. We recommend baking at 350 degrees F. If you use a higher temperature the bottoms can burn.
5. Remove the pan from the oven 1 to 2 minutes before they’re done baking. Sit the pan on top of your stove to finish the baking process.
6. Let them cool before you cut them into square or try baking the brownies in a muffin pan! It’s a great way to control the portions and saves you from cutting them once cooled.
