I think I am obsessed now. Ever since I posted about updating my dream board with a Condo in Miami, I have been going crazy looking at all of the amazing condo’s that are available. I believe just it is a lot like the guys who dream and nearly pass out when a hot Ferrari or Lamborghini passes by. They love expensive cars, I love expensive condos. Hey, a girl has a right to dream! LOL
I found a lovely complex in Sunny Isles called Jade Ocean and it is hot. This community is made up of a combination of different condos from 1 to 4 bedrooms along with town homes, flats and penthouses. Now of course, who wouldn’t love a penthouse suite to call home? These all offer beautiful open floorplans and expansive views and the amenities are impeccable. Just reading about the Sub-Zero appliances and custom cabinetry makes my pulse increase; not to mention the large walk in closets and built in coffee systems.
What is nice is the area surrounding this location is loaded with exclusive boutiques, malls and a lovely downtown area. I can honestly see why people love this area to live in. I was really never attracted to it before but as i get older, I can see that living in a complex like this would have huge advantages over a single family residence. Less upkeep for sure.
Well, now that I am happily on my way to winning the Powerball or something like that, I can at least plan a vacation to Miami so that I can visit some of the places I have been finding and have some fun!
When I think of a Miami condo, all I think about is the hot weather. Nice place for a vacation, but, I’d never want to move there.
