If you have been following our blog for a while, you may have noted that I am not a fitness buff. I know I need to do it and I think about it all the time. I even do some work out DVD’s a few times, but then forget to do them for a few days, so my momentum is lost. I need a fitness trainer in my house!

My Thoughts:
I really enjoy the Acacia products because they are made for people at all levels of fitness. This one is no different. Coach Nicole is a calm leader and I appreciate the quiet concise direction and the fact there are three efficient interval workouts. I also like that I can also see 3 different people doing the workout so I can choose to follow the one I feel most comfortable with.

The nice thing about this DVD is that you can do the workouts with just a few items that you probably already have: light hand weights, a mat, and a chair. You choose what you want to work on each time and work at your own pace. This girl needs that!

Spark People have included access to their free meal plans and their online workout club which I have joined so that I can stay more motivated. I need to do this and I think this is one DVD that I have enjoyed quite a bit.
