1 cup blueberries
½ cup strawberries
1 ½ banana
¼ cup mango
1 ½ cup hemp milk

1 jalapeno
2 inch piece of ginger
4 oranges
6 carrots
2 handfuls of spinach

From Paul: The first time I had a variation of the Acai Bowl, I was biking in Santa Monica and had stopped for some quick fuel before heading to the rings. The refreshing fruitiness combined with the delicate little crunchy textures leaves a lasting impression on the taste buds.
1 tablespoon acai powder
1 ¼ cup coconut water
1 cup blueberries
1 ½ banana (frozen)
1 cup strawberries

STRAWBERRY KISS

Sweeten up the afternoon. This is refreshing and also great for the system. Enjoy!
2 cups coconut water
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 scoop goji berries
1 scoop maca

GREEN MINERALIZER

Pinch of dulse
Large handful of kale

Cute names. My daughter is interested in the strawberry kiss, but I was excited to see a recipe with jalepanos. We like peppers and today had peppers and a low fat cheese spread that my daughter makes. It’s good to see some different recipes.
