Kenny B’s Biscottini Soft Italian Cookies

Kenny B's Biscottini Soft Italian Cookies

Today we would like to introduce you to a foodie product called Kenny B’s Biscottini (pronounced, “bis-ca-tee-nee”) and these delicious little gourmet Italian cookies that come in a wide variety of different flavors.

These Italian cookies with a soft, crumbly texture were created centuries ago in a small village  in eastern Sicily. Nina Catanzaro stumbled upon this culinary masterpiece in her kitchen by mistake, naming her creation Biscottini. Her discovery has been passed down for generations and is still hand-baked in small batches at Kenny B’s Cookie Company.

The Kenny B’s Biscottini Italian Cookies come in 12 unique and delicious flavors:

Almond, Anise, Amaretto, Lemon, Orange with Fudge, Vanilla with Fudge, Cinnamon & Spice and Raspberry flavors.

All flavors of the Kenny B’s Biscottini are low in calories, cholesterol and sodium, making them an appealing dessert for health-conscience families. The Almond, Amaretto, Anise and Lemon are also low in fat.

You can enjoy these little soft Italian cookies with milk, hot tea, hot cocoa, with coffee or enjoy them as a low-calorie snack. They are great at home, at school and at the office!

I received a box of each of the different flavors of Kenny B’s Biscottini Italian Cookies to try out for all of you. Each box contains approximately 45 cookies, so I had plenty to share! Matter of fact, I decided to pack them up into my tote bag along with some coffee & hot tea and I took them into the assisted living center when I went to visit my aunt.

Once I arrived at the center, I had my aunt invite 5 of her lady friends (also residents at the center) down to the dining room for a little “girls only” chat party. I set up a table spread of the coffee, tea and all of the packages of cookies and waited for the ladies to arrive.

I spent 90 minutes with the ladies and let me tell you, they totally LOVED this treat! They all thought these little cookies were delicious and almost all of them told me that the cookies reminded them of the kind they used to make in their younger years. (these ladies are all 80+ years old). It was really fun to sit there and listen to all of their “baking & cookie making stories” and to see these ladies having a good time.
